Well, 自從南瓜湯-pumpking soup-incicent, I've stopped writting!!!
因該說... 非常的discouraging...
雖然事後我還是煮了煎魚排, milanesa(炸牛排), Spaghetti Napolitana, omelette, chipa guazu, beef stroganoff, etc. 但是今天的冰糖燉豬腳還是讓我充滿著不安阿!
The reason being... it looks awful.
First of all, it took me 1hrs making sure that it is "clean" as in hair-less. Then high-preasured it in for 1 hr, it still looked... 不夠爛, BUT!!!!! I wonder why, when I decided to boil it and let the souce retain some consistency... it fell apart! what's up with that!!!
越來越不喜歡煮飯了 哀~ 超級沒有成就感的!!
